HI Michael and elysia, I may have something that would suit. It’s a one bedroom basement suite ,about 650 Sq feet. It is two blocks from downtown. It is newly renovated. A large bedroom, with a double bed. A large living room into kitchen . There is a full bathroom, bath and shower. You have a laundry room that is shared with upstairs. The cost is $750, this includes everything, heat/water/ electric. There is a lady stays upstairs. We usually use the basement for hiking and skiing and there is lots of room for 4 of us. Hi Natalie, I may have something for you . Our tenant of 11 years is moving from our Fernie house for October. It is a two bedroom bungalow, with garage/remote door and large garden . There is a fully developed basement , which we sometimes use but are open to renting also if the tenant wants. The basement is fully renovated and furnished . The rent for the two bedroom is $1200 monthly . The whole house can be rented for $1450.the laundry room is downstairs. The house is 2 blocks from downtown, 2nd avenue and 12 street.. It has a big bedroom with double bed, and a full living room kitchen. The laundry room is off a new bathroom with bath/ shower. It is located a few blocks from the heart of fernie on 2nd av/12street. There is a senior who has rented upstairs forever and shares the laundry with you. We are pretty strict about no smoking/no pets / no parties. It’s a great space , 4 of us usually stay there to ski , so very spacious. Rent is $750, which includes heating/ utilities . Wifi u have to set up yourself. Hello, We have a basement suite in down town fernie. We usually ski with our kids from there but this winter we are too busy. It has a double and two twin beds in a large bedroom. It has a large living room with diningarea. It does not have a formal kitchen, we cook on a hot plate, microwave and it has a large fridge with freezer. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and an attached laundry room. There is a mature renter upstairs, who shares the laundry. It is clean and brightly painted. The monthly rent is $650. Hello, I may have something that suits. We have a basement suite, mature tennant upstairs, so no parties!! It is furnished and has linen supplied if needed. It has a large bedroom, double bed (also has a bunk bed in there, as we use it with our family for skiing, we can disassemble them).It has a large living room, with tv, futon and two armchairs onto a dining area. It does not have a formal kitchen, we use the stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer etc…The bathroom has a shower and is joined to the laundry area. It is warm and clean and brightly painted. The laundry area is shared. The rent is $650 a month.I can email photos if you wish . It is situated near downtown, we usually walk 3 blocks to the grocery store.
