I think ‘Liberal’ sounds more dissfunctional than he makes Fernie out to be. The two most important social pillars, education and health care, are outstanding and the social norm remains friendly and supportive.

A new union group has directly caused the Fernie Library to be closed. The union members hold their right for more revenue above the public’s right to use the library. Their myopic perspective is ironic.

The Canadian Avalanche Association had the Avalanche Forecast posted as "Considerable" as late as 2PM today. At 8PM it’s posted as "High" as it should have been earlier.
