Fernie’s rich cultural landscape is about to resonate with the exquisite sounds of chamber music as the Symphony of the Kootenays brings its SOTK Lite – Chamber Series to Knox on 2nd on January 26 at 2:00 pm.
This ten-piece ensemble, featuring some of Western Canada’s finest musicians, will perform a stirring blend of classical and contemporary works, ranging from Mozart and Louise Farrenc to the modern brilliance of Aura Pon. Set within the intimate and historic setting of Knox on 2nd, this marks the Symphony’s first chamber concert in many years, promising a truly immersive and dynamic musical experience.
