Fernie’s restaurants and pubs have begun to cautiously reopen for in-house and patio dining and drinks. Life in Fernie is returning to what we are accustomed to!

This next phase of re-opening is focused on high use and higher risk outdoor amenities and will coincide with the launch of the new Community Ambassador Program.
As we enter more relaxed pandemic restrictions, we welcome you as valued part time Fernie citizens that I know personally contribute greatly to our town in many ways and for that we thank you and look forward to seeing you again.
As part of the phased re-opening plan, Community Ambassadors will help create awareness and educate on the importance of physical distancing, and the safe use of shared spaces.
