    Hi. I have a very large, furnished room in fully furnished basement suite that is shared. The suite has everything you need ( dishwasher/washer-dryer. big kitchen and lots more). rent is $500.00 per month includes everything. Non smoking/no pets pls.

    Hi Josef. I have a 4 bedroom basement suit, fully furnished shared with 3 others. One lives full time but works full time , the other two work with me at Teck in Sparwood 4 on 4 off so the or gone home on there days off. Very quiet place, includes everything, internet, hot tub, washer/dryer, full kitchen (dishwasher). Would be looking for $450 per month, no damage deposit, avail April 15th.

    Hi, just saw your post and we have a room avail April 15th. It is a basement, 8″ ceiling, all above ground windows, fully furnished, kitchen, laundry, living room, dinning room, bath room, mud room, private entrance. This is a shared 4 bedroom basement. one tenant lives full time, the other 2 work with me at teck and are only here 8 days a month so it is very quite and private.
