Yeah….totally unacceptable. Was riding in that area after they were done, good luck trying to navigate through that. I’d be super pissed.
megadudeParticipantHmmm….Vote with all my heart and "sole", does that mean with the bottom of my shoe or do I go and buy a fish?
megadudeParticipantI’m also against the killing of that animal, but I can’t see how you would control where the moose went, they are territorial, we ran into that moose several times last biking season, and it will stay in the area it has chosen, and find the easiest way to get around (trails). It is us infringing on its territory, and killing it is unfair and unnecessary. I can’t believe they actually got fish and Wildlife to go along with that.

megadudeParticipantThe ski hill definitely does not endorse skiing the hill pre-opening. As has been said before, they have people working all over, who could be caught in an avalanche by someone breaking off snowload above them that they aren’t even aware of, and, there are patrollers and avalanche control personnel setting off slides on purpose that someone hiking around would not be aware of. My question for the people who insist on doing this has always been, if you want to ski tour somewhere pre-season, why do you do it at the hill? Why not go somewhere else, anywhere else and do it to get the full on renegade experience? The answer is of course that they assume that they are entitled to go on the resort, that it’s safer and that if they do get into trouble for being irresponsible someone will be there to rescue their sorry asses. If you want to ski-tour, feel free…there are an infinite amount of places to do it within 30 mins of town. Why do you need to do it at the hill, and advertise it here? Go somewhere where you won’t be endangering others.
megadudeParticipantYes…I would definitely not advise hiking up there, very dangerous, plus you put the people working up there in danger too.
megadudeParticipantI agree they can be annoying and amateurish, but it’s small town radio, what do you expect? I do however, think they play a pretty good playlist, a good mix of everything, old and new and not just the obvious hits. As for the "You can’t be serious thing…I’m pretty sure it’s meant to mean "You can’t be Sirius…as in the satellite radio thing…no they’re the Drive.

megadudeParticipantIdiotic…
megadudeParticipantGo to ATDHE.net………guaranteed it will be on there, they always get all the network feeds and most of the PPV stuff.

I suppose you have some magical, secret hardware store you shop at where the prices are lower, all goods sold are manufactured in Canada, and you can return merchandise and get refunds without producing proof of purchase. Canadian Tire has great selection, good staff and awesome sale prices weekly. The brands they sell are as good as anything else on the market, Mastercraft, Black & Decker, Stanley etc. And by the way, moron, supporting the growth of foreign economies is a good thing, and the whole basis of global trade…you’re proposing that we buy nothing from foreign nations, so that they have no money to buy things in turn from us….such as energy…? You must be an economics professor, your intellect shines through your very intelligent post. If you’re going to be an idiot, it’s best not to do it in public.
