Hey guys, I am also looking for a place…. and actually found a pretty killer deal at a townhouse on west end of town but would need roomates to justify the price… the place is pretty well set up like a ski resort chalet all furnished etc. I’m talking to the landlord about renting out 1 of the 3 rooms myself for $750 and he is gonna try to rent the other two out or he said i could try to find tennants to split the total cost $1500 with me. What do ya think?

I am 28 and from cochrane AB. I currently live in Canmore but like mountain biking/skiing alot and want to be in fernie. I am industrial firefighter/paramedic with CNRL and fly to work from Calgary 7 on/7 off so you guys would have place to yourself for 7 days at a time.
