Brittany Lyseng is a nationally touring Stand-Up Comedian, Writer, and Podcaster. Her comedy career began after 12 years as a tradesman with the desire to lift less and laugh more, and in turn, has become one of the Canadian industry’s fastest rising stars. She has been seen on CTV’s Roast Battles Canada, CBC’s New Wave of Stand-Up Comedy, Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, and CTV’s The Stand-Up Show with Jon Dore, as well as making appearances on CBC Radio’s The Debaters. Released in 2019, her first album Going Up debuted at #1 on iTunes and was followed with appearances at three Just For Laughs festivals (Montreal, JFL 42 in Toronto, and Vancouver’s JFL Northwest). Most recently, she was featured in Reader’s Digest magazine and was graced with a 2022 Canadian Screen Awards nomination.
Born in Toronto to Sudanese parents and then raised in Alberta, Faris brings a unique mix of storytelling and observational humour to the stage. Known for his relaxed delivery and quick wit, his unpredictable style makes for big laughs and unforgettable crowd work moments.
Faris partnered with Telus STORYHIVE to film Telus’ first ever comedy special, SEND HELP, released in February 2023. Since, Faris has been named as a New Face of Comedy with Just For Laughs, and featured at all Canadian JFL Festivals along with the Winnipeg, Halifax and HubCap Comedy Festivals. He’s toured all over Canada and has worked with the likes of Hasan Minhaj, Christina P, Dulcé Sloan, Neal Brennan and more. Bobby Warrener is one of the top working stand up comedians in Canada. Since starting comedy in 2016 he has amassed several accolades, including two televised appearances as part of the Winnipeg and Just for Laughs Vancouver festivals. In 2023 he released his first album with Canada’s premier label, Comedy Records, which quickly became one of the top records on SiriusXM nationwide. His unique loose performing style mixed with sharp joke writing has made him a club favourite, touring as a headlining act coast to coast. He is also a proud father to an overweight cat named Mishka.
Hosted by local comedian Robyn Sansom. She is a coproducer of the ‘Roadponies’ comedy show running through the Kootenays, and has been on various tours throughout BC, Alberta and around New Zealand.
