The East Kootenay Mine Rescue Competition is an opportunity to watch skilled mine rescue teams face off in realistic emergency scenarios—putting their training, teamwork, and safety skills to the test under pressure.

This family-friendly event is open to the public with kid’s activities, local vendors and food available. There will also be a barbeque, sponsored by Finning, with all proceeds going to the Elk Valley Suicide Task Force.
