    share bath/kitchen/lr
    car recommended smokers ok
    Rooms are fully furnished (9×11′),
    locks and temp control, queen sized bed,
    wireless internet and laundry
    must like animals as I have a dog.

    Monthly rent is $250 or weekly at $80.00

    directions:
    Start in fernie
    1. Head northeast on HWY 3/HWY 3B toward 12th St 2.0 km
    2. Turn left at Brickers Rd (Welcome sign)
    3. Take the 1st right onto Brickers Rd/Dicken Rd
    Continue to follow Dicken Rd 1.6km
    Destination will be on the left
    4. House is #15 1st house on left (closest to mailboxes)
