locks and temp control, tv and queen sized bed,

House has instant hot water (no waiting for hot water)
looking for responsible, tidy roomates.
must like animals as I have a cat & dog.
Nice deck and yard with fire pit
Monthly rent is $300 single/ $400 double incls utilities.

directions:
Start in fernie
1. Head northeast on HWY 3/HWY 3B toward 12th St 2.0 km
2. Turn left at Brickers Rd (Welcome sign)
3. Take the 1st right onto Brickers Rd/Dicken Rd
Continue to follow Dicken Rd 1.6km
Destination will be on the left
4. House is #15 1st house on left (closest to mailboxes)
