Hi there…We are an active senior couple in our sixties with a quiet, well-behaved senior dog looking for an 8 week winter rental from mid-January to mid-March (exact dates are flexible). Min. 2BR, 2 BATH. We are quiet, reliable and will look after your home as if it was our own! No parties, no constant turnover! We have been wintering in Fernie since 2014 but unfortunately the home where we usually stay is being sold and is no longer available to us…however we can provide you with local references from our previous landlord who know us (and our dog) well. If you are concerned about the dog, we are happy to provide a damage deposit. (I am sure he will be better behaved than some tenants…LOL). A small, well kept townhouse or guesthouse would be ideal. A perfect fit if you want to use your home over the holidays and then head south to warmer climes…we’ll even water your plants for you!
