Tworooms available in our fully furnished house on 9th AV from 1 November to the end of April. Living with two kiwi couples aged between 27-28.

$700 per month excluding utilities for the double room and $600 per month excluding utilities for the futon bed room. First and last months rent and a share of the damage deposit will be required upfront prior to 1 November. (Note last months rent is to be held by our property manager on trust and paid out in April).

To apply you must be able to commit to the 6 month lease and sign the tenancy agreement. We are going to use this information to make a decision.
