Looking for ONE roommate (no couples) to fill the second room in a two bedroom fully furnished basement suite. Large window in the bedroom that brings in lots of light. The room is located in Ridgemont and is available for the month of October ONLY. Rent is 600/month this includes wifi/utilities.
The tenant that is already there is a working professional who is looking to find a like-minded roommate. Female renters only please. She is looking for a clean, quiet and respectable roommate. No pets, no party’s and no smoking.
