The Fernie Ghostriders are gearing up to scout the next wave of talent at their upcoming 2025 Spring Camp, set to take place April 4–6, 2025 at the Fernie Memorial Arena.
Open to players born between 2006 and 2009, the camp is designed to identify future Ghostriders who are ready to compete and represent Fernie in the KIJHL. Organizers are encouraging interested players—or those who know someone ready to take the leap—to reach out for more information.
While all goaltending spots are currently full, a waiting list has been created for those still hoping for a chance to showcase their skills. Skaters, however, are still encouraged to inquire and register as the team searches for standout performers.
“This camp is all about discovering the next generation of Ghostriders,” said Chad Scharff, Head Coach and General Manager. “We’re excited to see new faces and rising talent step onto the ice in Fernie.”
A full schedule will be released soon for fans, families, and hockey supporters who want to attend and get a first look at the future of Ghostriders hockey. Spring Camp weekends often draw a crowd at Fernie Memorial Arena, offering a glimpse at the intensity, passion, and potential shaping the team’s next chapter.
