The City of Fernie is inviting its citizens to complete the 2019 Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Don’t miss out on the chance to make your voice heard.
The survey is anonymous and is open to City of Fernie residents and property owners. The results of this short survey will be used in the City of Fernie Annual Municipal Report. They will also be made available to the public following the presentation of the Annual Municipal Report to Council in June 2019.
The City of Fernie will not collect, use, or disclose personal information using SurveyMonkey. Please be aware however that IP addresses are collected by SurveyMonkey itself, and these IP addresses and other information collected may be stored on SurveyMonkey’s servers located outside of Canada. A paper copy of this survey is available at City Hall should you have any concerns regarding the use of SurveyMonkey.
