Ride & Roast Bike Festival brings a full day of bikes, food, and community energy to Fernie on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Anchoring the weekend alongside Fernie Singletrack 3, the festival is organized by the Coal Creek Heritage Society and is designed as a free, inclusive celebration of Fernie’s trail culture and outdoor lifestyle.
The day features a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities, including community rides, a kids’ bike rodeo, an e-bike rally, heritage rides, and a crowd-favourite townie challenge. At the heart of the festival is the signature lamb roast-off, bringing together food, local flavour, and a bit of friendly competition.
The festival grounds come alive with food trucks, a beer garden, and an active expo village showcasing bikes, gear, and local organizations. The Fernie Singletrack 3 awards wrap in the late afternoon, setting the stage for live music from Wheel House beginning at 5:00 PM, carrying the energy into the evening in a laid-back, social atmosphere.
Whether you’re racing, riding, or just coming down to take it all in, Ride & Roast is a chance to experience Fernie’s bike community at its best.
