To mark National Grief and Bereavement Day, Cherished Memories Funeral Services, Elk Valley Hospital, and Elk Valley & Area Hospice invite the community to an evening of reflection, remembrance, and connection.

This second annual event brings people together to honour loved ones who are no longer with us through a peaceful walk, candle lighting ceremony, and shared moments of music and memory.

The evening begins with a community walk from Elk Valley Hospital to Cherished Memories, followed by a candle lighting ceremony featuring music, a slideshow, and words of remembrance. Participants are welcome to join for the walk, the ceremony, or both.
