The 52nd Annual Fernie Demolition Derby, aka Derby Day, is a much loved day filled with metal-crunching action, noise and partying.

Time: Gates at 11:00 AM, racing/smashing starts at 12:00 PM (noon).

Classes: Full-size cars, small cars, and trucks competing for trophies and cash prizes (including a $5,000 grand prize for full-size cars).Activities: Live music, a 19+ beer garden, food concessions, a kids’ zone with bouncy castles, and a massive 50/50 draw.Admission & RulesCost (Cash Only): $20 for adults (18+), $10 for youth/students (11–17), and free for kids 10 and under.

Policies: No dogs allowed on the grounds.
