AHRF are a punk rock band hailing from Ottawa and now based in BC. Formed from a group of highschool and college buddies and moulded by their post-covid experience, they weave the sounds of 90’s and 2000’s alternative rock into their energetic stage shows.

Along with their friends from Pickle Juice and The Moonsnakes, these bands are inspired by the 2000’s alternative rock, punk & Nature – a bunch of ski bums playing music for ski bums across Canada.
