I was wondering if you would like to rent an app togheter with me. my budget is 500 a month so we could rent something that is 900/month +extra costs for internet etc. I’m going next week to Fernie to see if i can find something to rent. If you would be intrested could you let me know asap. Cause I’m moving to Fernie the first week of oct and i would like to sign something next week. I’ve been looking for some time now and the only thing i can find (if it comes to renting rooms) is families that rent out rooms. But they dont want parties or other people to stay over. I would like to have the flexibility to let my friends stay over once in a while and my family is going to visit me too. So i would like to rent something with someone thats young and has the same values as i do 🙂

I’m looking for a room to rent from beginning october/november until march 2014 and i saw your add. Would it be possible to rent one off the rooms or do you want to rent all the 3 rooms to the same person? I would also like to know the price for renting a room?
