upfrontParticipantThis house is still available and will soon boast freshly varnished floors.
upfrontParticipantI sent you a few pictures of the fine 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house I have to rent in the Ridgemont neighbourhood.
upfrontParticipantThis home is now rented.
Thank you.upfrontParticipantAlexandre, please see my reply in the other thread.
As mentioned above, this 4-BR Ridgemont home will be rented to a family or professional couple. Unfortunately, it is not a seasonal or skier’s/rider’s winter place, which is too bad as the layout and amenities perfectly suit it to that task. Oh well.
upfrontParticipantAlexandre,
If a seasonal rental comes into my inventory, I will be sure to let your group know about it. Meanwhile, our intention is to rent this $1,800/mth plus utilities 4-BR house for a 12 month fixed-term tenancy.
upfrontParticipantSorry, it rented for October 1st.
upfrontParticipantSorry for the late reply – had connection problems.
This 2-br house is not on the rental market anymore.
upfrontParticipantKatharine, please check your email.
upfrontParticipantDone.
ErTime, the pictures I sent to your hotmail acct. were bounced back to me. There was 900KB or so of volume, so you might need to clear your hotmail acct. a bit. Hotmail accts. are notorious for this.
-skyquest and ErTime, I mailed you guys 1 picture, hoping it comes through. Let me know…
