i gotta say steve, something stinks about your story. Why no cops or city officials involved? unless your completely nuts, you know you cant just kill the dogs yourself. Why did it take you four days to post the death of your pet? would it taken four days if it was your kid. In my opinion you have been very lazy in not reporting these dogs to the proper people, endagering your neighbours along with yourself. Wise up and go through the proper channels.
No such thing as bad dogs. Just bad owners. Like idiotasiwant or Scotsman or whatever their name is. Is it any wonder the dogs can’t wait to get loose?
Brilliant cs86 you have stumbled on to a great idea. Let’s all start posting pictures if unleashed dogs and their ignorant owners, perhaps when these "me and my dog are too smart for a bylaw" a-holes will get the picture! (no pun intended)

Your cat is constantly roaming around. He has even come into our house at night and eaten our cats food (which by the way is not multi-coloured fish shaped food so he’s obviously doing it elsewhere too). As much as you don’t like your cat getting sick, I don’t like feeding neighbourhood cats. So I suggest if you don’t want your cat eating food that’s going to make him sick, keep him locked up!!!! Oh, and giving him a "pat" and telling him to go home doesn’t work.
