Hi. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in the annex. It is posted under snowdog on fernie.com and has some pics. It is a well maintained house with fenced in yard, close to shopping and parks. We are looking for good long term tenants that will look after my house.

Yes, place is still for rent. $1800.00 for long term, $2000.00 for ski season. Partiers need not apply.

The current base is only for a bed, but you could use it as a couch with a different base.
