One of my best ski experiences was from Island Lake last year April.
Not only did I have a blast, but so did 11 other people that I skiied with.
What’s there not to love? Even after 3 weeks of no snow and warmish weather, the skiing was great.
Why do locals want to slag such a great destination?
On the subject of moneyed guests, let me tell you, people don’t make large coin by relaxing by the fire with a beer. We work hard, on average, 12hours a day. Most of us are from humble backgrounds and have busted our ass to make something of our lives. Yes, we now live in large cities – and we love to ski.
