    I would also like to know if I could rent a room out of there, or if you require a family etc. I am a social worker who will be here for at least a year and am looking for a really nice place to stay! I love my house right now but it is only a summer rent:(
    Definitely let me know if you will rent it out individually, or at least for me as I do not mind a family or couple at all staying here too.

    I am on my own but would be interested in sharing it with another person. I am a social worker looking for a quiet, nice place to live here and am willing to sign a lease. I have a great couch and chair that I would love to put in there, too!

    I am definitely looking for a nice, quite place to live:) I am moving out of a great house in downtown Fernie and am sad to do so but it was just a summer rent. If it is still available, I would love to see it.
