I totally agree. Too many people abuse the system. Another thing that gets me is the welfare system. There are some long-time locals that have been on the welfare system for YEARS, and they are fully capable of walking around town all day, or picking bottles out of garbage cans at 7 in the morning. If you can get out of bed at 7 and walk all over town picking bottles, then why the hell can’t you work somewhere? Or if you can walk all over town during the day, take your kids to the park, go for coffee anytime (a life I’d LOVE to have) then why can’t you work? I am definitely not talking about people with disabilities or mental illness, I am talking about fully capable human leeches sucking the money out of the province/country.
