looking for 1 roomate. this place is awesome. This house has big furniture, with new kitchen appliances, clean bathroom,nice bedrooms[queen sized beds], big living room,new windows, and new flooring. The whole house was stripped apart, and put back together with new parts . its got a beautiful big tv and cable television. the location is west fernie. Its a 1 minute walk from the "hitch hike spot". the big backyard has 2 massive trampolines, and 1 massive deck[for suntanning and barbecues]in the summer.There is 2 male roomates in this 3 bedroom house, right now,both fernie locals with full-time jobs.The neighbours are all super duper friendly, and are all young and energetic.This place is not a party zone, just a chill low maintenance house.
