Wanted: single- or (somewhat) wheelchair-accessible double-room, seasonal

Hi all,
I’m looking for one bedroom unit from (10th) December through (mid)-April. For a limited period, my wife of sorts will come to stay with me and She is a wheelchair runner. Thus:

seasonal (somewhat) wheelchair-accessible double room, up to $600-700
OR
one-month rent of wheelchair-accessible double room, up to $1500
and four-month rent of not accessible single room, around $375

I’ve lived in dozens of appartments around the world to satisfaction of all the landlords. After due reliability check I can transfer deposit right away. I would gladly share a space. House-sitting arrangement is also possible. I appreciate any offer.
