We are a mature couple (23 & 24) w/ 2 very well behaved medium sized dogs (40lbs) and another male (also 24) looking to move to Fernie in the very near future (middle Oct – beginning Nov). We are willing to begin paying rent immediately and are more then willing and able to put down an extra damage deposit for the dogs as well as have them live @ the property on a trial basis. The dogs and all three of us are more then willing to give references, they both have lived on other’s property, including a children’s outdoor education center.
