Three Generational Family looking for a home

Hi we are a local family of 4 looking for a home to rent long term. Accessibilty is important for my mother so a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor for her the other bedrooms can be on another floor. One of my children has severe allergies so we need something without carpets and very clean. We also have a tiny non-shedding dog. Ideally the home would have 4 bedrooms or large enough bedrooms for my children to share, with enough room for us to have our own space and have a reasonable rent.
