I have an upstairs room with a nice view, queen size bed, computer desk, clothing dresser, lots of space and total privacy. Located near 7-11, this is a brand new place with only 2 of us living in it. I will be away for parts of the summer leaving only one other person for certain periods. We are pretty laid back and keep a tidy place (it’s new so I’d like to keep it that way). Very bright, open concept place with nice entertainment center, cable, internet, and long distance phone service. $410 inclusive for a single. $560 inclusive for 2 people (could provide extra bed).
