I have a room for rent Riverside condo located just outside of town and only minutes from the hill and seconds to the river. Availible June 1st!

I am looking for a energetic healthy living person to share condo with for summer and possibly the winter.

The room is in the basement with pleanty of storage, washer, dryer and all the rest.
Rent: is $450.00 + 1/2 the utilities
