      my roommate is moving out so i’m looking for a replacement Sept 1st. preferable someone professional, clean, respectful, no parties, no smoking, individuals only.

      room is large, with lots of natural light on the upper level suite of house on 4A ave just a few blocks away from downtown.

      Price is $750 + shared Utility’s
