      Must be mature, clean, respectful and must love dogs and cats.

      Is the room still available$ If so please get back to me with rental rates. ISIngle, no parties, non smoker, light social drinker (not a drunk) I work M-F 6 till 5 or so…. Weekends off but for the most part I am only here to work, nothing more.

      I am a 23 year old education student at the University of Lethbridge. I am doing a practicum in Fernie from January until April (2012) and was wondering if you be interested in renting out the room during those months.
