      The house is now rented. Thanks.
      This is an older 3 bedroom Annex house on a spacious lot.
      Washer and dryer in unfinished basement. Non-smoking and no cats. Dog negotiable. Spacious kitchen and moderate-sized living room looking out toward the ski hill. Small garage. Lilac bushes, apple tree, perennials. Gas heat and hot water.

      $750 per month plus utilities. Good references please.

      Available early in September.
