Rent is $1400/month and you pay the utilities. Summary of utility costs available on request. 5 Months minimum lease. Longer lease is fine as well.
We are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of our home.
Please enquire at maggieherr@shaw.ca or call our mobile 403 862 2713.
We have had three tenants in our place and they all have told us that they loved it!!! They’d be happy to do a reference call if that’s helpful.

This is a link to a Google map. Click on it to see the route from downtown to the house:

Downtown is located at "A" on the map. The house is located at "B" on the map.

      Re: the utility costs:

Assuming that you want it from December 1 through April 30, I expect that the electricity costs (the heat is electric) would be $300 – $350.

Garbage pickup, sewer and water would be about $260 for the ski season.

There is a gas fireplace which we didn’t use (the electric heat was all we needed), not sure if the other tenants did. There is a basic gas rate of $15 / month independent of how much gas you use. I’m not sure how much the gas costs beyond that, as we personally never used it. There is a $50 charge to get it hooked up.

To summarize, garbage, sewer, water + electricity is about $550 – $600 for the ski season. Gas (I’m guessing) let’s say $200, but optional.
