Mature couple seeking 2 bedroom house, long term rental

We are planning to move to Fernie in late July early August for a new employment opportunity, and require a minimum 2 bedroom house for a minimum of 1 year. Size is not a concern, but we will require a fenced back yard as we have 2 small dogs. We would prefer an unfurnished house. We are quiet, don’t smoke, and don’t party. Our sole concern is establishing our new business, and we would treat your home with respect. A garage would be a bonus. Please have photos available. We will be traveling to Fernie in late June to arrange a location.

I have a 2 bedroom house for rent in downtown Fernie. It has a shed,yard with gardens,washer dryer and it is partially furnished.We can arrange for it to be unfurnished if this is necessary.I’m asking 1200/month plus utilities.
