Looking for room to rent or people to rent a house with!

Hey there, my partner and I (an Aussie couple living in Vancouver) are planning on moving to Fernie in August 2014 and living there until April 2015.
We are looking for either a room to rent somewhere or alternatively we would like to find a 2/3/4 bedroom place and people/couples to move in with us in a furnished house.
The properties available are very nice but expensive for just the two of us!
We are a very friendly, really clean couple. 🙂
