Looking for place for 07-08 season

Fernie will be my new home for a while as I work for an environ company in BC. Looking for residence and willing to share a place. No problem with cash up front for rental, and will always pay in time. Lets rip.

We have a couple of different places for rent. One place 15km out of Fernie and 7km from the Ski Hill with a separate kitchen and bathroom for the downstairs and another in place in Fernie. Rent is $400/month per person or $650/month per couple. This includes utilities in the out of town place and does not include utilities in Fernie.
