*Looking for longterm house rental*

Couple moving to Fernie; I am a nurse and he is working at the mine.
We currently own a house in Calgary and are moving back to the area
We are looking for a house to rent (and possibly purchase in the future) with a fenced yard, as we have 3 dogs (2 medium sized and 1 small).
We are looking at a longer lease (6 mths – 1 yr).

I’ve got a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that’s available March 1 – rent is $1250/mo plus utilities (long-term). It’s downtown and has great views a huge fenced yard, single car garage and a carport. Fridge, stove, W/D, dishwasher.
