Active family of 6 looking for a 1 or 2 year rental starting next August. Me and my spouse are non-smoker parents of children aged 4-6-7-9 y.o. We plan to move from Montreal to Fernie next summer to give our children the opportunity to grow in a small and active community in a great outdoor setting. We need to find a house before the beginning of school! Ideally, we are looking for at least a 4 bedroom house in a nice setting, and we absolutely need it to be dog free, as one of us is highly allergic. Also, we hope to find a place with furnitures. Be sure we would take care of your place as if it would be ours. We are owners ourselves since 2004, and highly reliable people.
