      Hi, I have a room in West Fernie, $450/month (includes internet, cable, gas, and hydro. no phone) about 10 minutes walk to the college. Give me a shout 430-7024 to check it out, available next week or sooner.

      Hello, I have a great suite for rent starting september 1st through the winter, it is only about 5 blocks (6-7 min walk, 2 min bike) to COTR. See ad posted as "Sweet Suite for Rent" It just became available yesterday, and I never have any problems renting my suite year round the past 3 years. The rent is $495 (May-Oct) – $695 (nov-Apr) This price includes all utilities, wireless internet, your own washer dryer, separate private entrance, parking, snow removal.
