ISO Winter Seasonal Rental Starting November/December

We are looking for any rentals available in fernie for the upcoming winter season. I learnt from spending last years season here that this is a particularly competitive time, but we are open to nearly anything that may be available. We’re looking for at least a 3 bedroom, but the more the better. And we aren’t looking for anything more then a 6 month lease, from around November/December to April/May.
Non-smokers, and no pets.
Two of us have rental history in Fernie.
