ISO long term rental

      Looking for a long term rental (1 year or longer) with a friend, both of us willing to sign a lease. We would have with us two cats. We are looking to move in mid july, will pay rent for the whole month regardless of move in date. We are quiet tenants, mostly spending our time working. Looking for a house to rent or 2 bedroom apartment.
