ISO 1 bedroom rental for winter season/spring

An Aussie and American couple looking for a room to rent in an apartment or house. Looking to be sharing a house with other people to meet some awesome people! We did a season last winter in Hakuba, Japan so we are very familiar with the mountain life and sharing space. We are always keen for a beer or a party but are typically quiet as we like to prioritise our time on the mountain (we both snowboard). We have been living out of a self converted Promaster van for the last 4 months while we have been road tripping around the USA so we have transportation and will need a spot to park it in (can also give roomies as ride to the mountain!).
We are looking for a place that starts early to mid October and hope to be in Fernie through mid spring. We are super flexible on dates since we have the van so we can work with your available dates.
