House mate wanted

      I am looking for a tidy, mature single, or couple to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. I have a 2 year old puppy and a cat, so that probably would be it for pets. The room is fully furnished, so is the house, of course!
      It is a non smoking house!
      Nice backyard, parking space and a great porch to hang out.
      long term or seasonal.
