      Located in the beautiful Silver Rock building means being only minutes away from everything, head to charming downtown Fernie or the fantastic Fernie Alpine Resort. You will also have access to building amenities such as underground heated parking, an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room & fitness facilities.

      LONG-TERM (12 months) $2000/month includes utilities, cable, and internet
      SHORT-TERM Seasonal (4 month min) $2500/month includes utilities, cable, and internet
      Damage deposit and references required. No smoking. No parties. Max 4 people.
