      Hey Landlords/Renters! We are two canadian couples staying in Fernie for the ski season and we are looking for rooms to rent. Furnished or unfurnished, doesn’t matter! If you can accommodate both couples or just one, contact us by email at pacooke@live.ca. We are all excellent tenants, with some referrals, and we always pay rent on time.       As their current landlord I feel it is my duty to inform potenial landlords I currently have an eviction order against these 2 couples for repeated late payment of rent (I have only received aprox 75% of the January rent and they refuse to pay more even though we have a contract). It is an unfortunate situation but I felt their ad did not tell then entire story.
