      NO LONGER AVAILABLE.I’m looking to rent my furnished home for 10+ months starting late August or September 1st. 3+ bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, fenced yard and a basement suite (2 bdrm). Suite can be part of rental or not. Ideal for a family. Excellent location on 5th Ave. Walking distance to grocery stores, schools and downtown (everything).
